2007-08 SeasonFebruary 20, 2008 Further to the suspension of Justin Styffe, an appeal was heard from MRC contending it was unreasonable for Commissioner Bill Hendsbee to impose an indeterminate suspension by suspending Mr. Styffe for the remainder of the season. The appeal committee concurred and ruled Mr. Hendsbee reconsider the sanction and provide a ruling which articulated a suspension with a specific number of games. On February 23 Mr. Hendsbee filed his revised ruling in which he suspended Mr. Styffe for seventeen games. ACAC Commissioner |
